This is the San Francesco di Paola, a Roman church very reminiscent of the Pantheon. The church itself was completed near the beginning of the 19th century. In front of the church is the Piazza del Plebiscito, an almost ghostly feeling square that was vacant at the time of this shot. It is the largest square in Napoli.
Rome has been very cold. Coming from New England, that’s saying a lot. People have been saying that this is coldest it’s been at the end of February that they can remember for a while.
